The Conference of the European Network of Young Specialists in Sport Psychology (ENYSSP) took place at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the University of Thessaly in Greece.

Over 150 young people from 22 countries across Europe and beyond attended the conference, including many graduates of the International Postgraduate Program in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science in Trikala. Participants enthusiastically engaged in the conference proceedings and experienced the hospitality of Trikala.

Young scientists from countries such as Spain, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Poland, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Turkey, Serbia, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Finland, Estonia, India, Chile, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Lithuania spent three days in the city of Trikala. They explored the city, enjoyed local cuisine in its restaurants, and participated in lectures, talks, and workshops led by distinguished figures in the field of sports psychology in Europe.

Notable guest and keynote speakers included renowned sports psychologists and academics: Xavier Sanchez, Professor at the University of Orleans in France; Carolina Lundqvist, Professor at Lund University, Sweden; and Alexander Latinjak, Professor at the University of Dublin, Ireland.

The conference featured an excellent mix of lectures, seminars, and interactive workshops, all conducted in an enthusiastic atmosphere. Informal discussions among participants fostered important interpersonal relationships and contributed to the development and strengthening of the European Network. The Laboratory of Exercise Psychology and Quality of Life of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science has played a significant role in this network over time.
