The public reception and service hours are determined by each individual service unit. As a rule, the administrative services and the Protocol Department of the Directorate of Administration serve the public from 08:30 to 15:30. On the other hand, academic structures and services—such as the Library and Information Center, Department Secretariats, and Postgraduate Program Secretariats—may apply special service hours, which are posted on the official websites of the respective academic units.
Academic Calendar
The academic calendar for each academic year and the operation of collective bodies are determined by the Senate. The suspension of educational work or the general operation of the Institution, beyond the cases provided for by current legislation, may be decided by the competent body only for exceptional reasons. In emergency situations, particularly due to extreme natural phenomena, public health risks or other circumstances of force majeure, when the competent collective bodies are unable to convene and pass a resolution, the temporary suspension of the educational, administrative and overall operation of the Institution falls under the authority of the Rector.
