Mediating the research findings acquired in the University of Thessaly is supported by the Extroversion Office of the Research Committee. The mission of the Office is to utilize the research findings via procedures consistent with academic principles and the University’s code of ethics.
The University of Thessaly applies an “open door” policy and seeks collaboration with public and private funding bodies in order to investigate the potential for exploitation of research findings.
The University’s extroversion is served by the “Laboratories and Service Provision Units Guide”, which is subject to constant renewal, covering a wide range of research activities and thus constitutes a vital tool for providing technology to businesses.
Businesses interested in collaboration with the University in terms of utilizing research findings cooperate with the competent executives of ELKE to identify common interest fields and are informed on the perpetually upgraded total of research findings.
Utilizing research findings is also served by the established “Regulation for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights” which is part of the “Funding and Management Guide”.
