European University Alliance: Innovations of Regional Sustainability

The University of Thessaly takes part along with other European Universities in the Innovations of Regional Sustainability alliance. Motivated by the idea of reinforcing the ties among teaching, research, innovation, knowledge transmission as well as encouraging mobility and enhancing high quality excellency in education and research, these five European universities join forces to attempt to create a modern European university partnership, the INnoVations of REgional Sustainability: European UniversiTy Alliance - INVEST.  The vision of INVEST is to satisfy the needs and requirements of the new generation of Europeans as the leaders of introducing sustainable life in regions across Europe.
