Menu Questionnnaire

The University of Thessaly Nourishment Committee making continuous efforts to improve the provided food quality asks students eating in the Student Restaurants to fill in the Menu Questionnnaire.

The Questionnaire is anonymous. Your answers will help the Nutrition Committee form the real impression of the provided food quality and try to solve various problems.

The filled in Questionnaire may be printed and submitted as follows:

• the students in Volos should submit it to the Student Welfare Directorate (Argonafton & Filellinon, Volos, Papastratos Building, 1^st

• the students of the Departments being in Larissa, Trikala and Karditsa should submit it to their Department Seccretariat.
